Effective policies deliver measurable change. We conduct impact evaluations for the public, private and third sectors.

We work to global best practice guidelines - for example as laid out in the World Bank Handbook on Impact Evaluation - to support clients not only in monitoring the extent to which their project is being implemented in the way that was intended, but also the effect that the intervention is having on target groups.

By working at an early stage in the design of a policy we can ensure that the impact can be monitored most effectively, for example by obtaining a realistic counterfactual case and ensuring that data collected avoids selection bias.

We use both qualitative and advanced statistical methods to obtain results depending on your needs.
